The HK Government "Commission For Poverty" has initiated in 2016 a mentoring programme named "Life Buddies" to provide students aged 14-16 years old, mentoring from Governement Departments and private corporation such as dragages HK. A school is assigned to us every year, and we organise around 15 volunteers as mentors. Activities are organised mainly at school, but includes a visit of the workplace. This is our third year of engagement.
For the last 2 years, and this year being the third one, in average 30 teenager students are beneficiating from mentoring activities with about 8 sessions of half day per year, in their school and in our office.
